Wulfenite Resorts and the Wulfenite brand were born very recently by the avid enterpeneur Mr. Wes Hopkins. After building a multi million dollar company in the transportation and logistics space (airRyd.com) - Wes began re-investing his assets into real estate projects that he saw had exponential growth opportunity. So far, Wulfenite has aquired 2 pieces of property in Arizona, and 2 properties in Florida. The overall goal of all Wulfenite properties is to build a distinct luxury brand & resort, with unique features and excellent growth & revenue potential. We are seeking investors who want to join up with us to help complete these builds , while also sharing in the beauty of the properties themselves. In Mid 2023, Wulfenite Resorts aquired two new townhomes in beautiful Melbourne Beach, Florida. What was realized before aquiring these townhomes, was that the complex itself, is only made up of a total of a total of 5 townhomes. When two of these in the same complex hit the market, we decided to take a chance at aquiring them both. After long drawn out negotiaons, Wulfenite was able to aquire the following units: Unit 5313 Highway A1A, and Unit 5319 Highway A1A - with 5319 being the most desirable unit of all 5 townhomes. You can view each property on Zillow here:
Unit 5319 Highway A1A
Unit 5313 Highway A1A
The first unit we aquired was unit 5319, which we were able to secure at $750k , compared to the initial list price of $899k.
The second unit , 5313, we ended up aquiring for $763k, which had an inital list price of $840k. We are working and hoping to aquire the remaining 3 units, and may have an option to aquire a 3rd soon.
The Lake Pleasant property , where we plan to build a 10-12 cabin hot springs resort, is located just 2 miles north of beautiful Lake Pleasant, AZ, and just 2 miles north of the world renowned hot springs resort known as "Caste Hot Springs ". The land is actually situated directly on Castle Hot Springs Rd. Aside from being wedged in between two iconic destinations, the site is only 20 minutes outside of the greater Phoenix metro area. Lake Pleasant attracts more then 1 million guests and tourists a year, and there are no hotels or AIRBNB's anywhere near the area. So any type of resort or hotel would have next to no competition for at least the immediate future.
The land itself is home to a naturally flowing spring, that has been gushing water year round for at least the last 100 years. A giant palm tree was planted right where the spring currently sits, long, long ago by some of the first settler's to the area. The tree helped them identify where fresh water was, which was obviously a critical resource in the middle of the Arizona desert.
The scenery surrounding the property is breathtaking. From the Bradshaw Mountains, to the waters of Lake Pleasant, to the wildlife that often traverses the surrounding landscape, the area is one that will leave you with a feeling of calmness, peace, and serenity.

Revenue outlooks and financial considerations
The potential revenue for this hot springs resort is truly massive. To get an idea how well this resort could do, you only need to look 2 miles up the road, at the historic "Castle Hot Springs Resort" - a place that is essentially reserved for the super rich, and Hollywood celebrities. If you stay in the area long enough, you will see their helicopter flying guests in and out of the resort. The nightly rates at Castle Hot Springs are an eye popping $1,600 per night. And , the place is typically booked solid year round !! So , if Wulfenite Hot Springs can even do a fraction of what Castle Hot Springs Resort is doing, then we would deem it a monumental success. Our projections are as follows:
